No yoga experience or stand up paddle boarding experience is necessary as you will be guided with modifications and adjustments to suit your level of experience and comfort.
The morning starts with a short mindfulness practice to set you off on the right foot for the day, followed by a light and healthy breakfast. After a short balance board introduction session (on land) you will be driven to the beautiful lagoon location for the morning.
